The assumed peak age of footballers is suppose to be between 25-28 years but in this post we're going to draw up a strong line up of EPL players younger than the so called peak age and see how they're fairing.

The Stoke city goalie gets the nod over Thibaut Courtois. He's kept more clean sheets and made more saves than any other goalkeeper in the league this season. His performances have also earned him a place in the Three lions squad and is a certaintity to be at the Euros.
Defenders
HECTOR BELLERIN(2OYRS 326 DAYS)
We start of at right back position and there's one obvious choice as well. The former Barcelona player moved to Arsenal when he was only 16 and broke into the squad due to the injury of Mathieu Debuchy and the young defender retained his spot ahead of the seasoned French international.
JOHN STONES(21YRS 256DAYS)
Not everyday a defender gets linked with a £50m pound move to Chelsea. Slot is expected of the young Evertonian who started off as right back but has now made the centre of defence his own. He will definitely represent the Three lions at the coming Euros
ERIC DIER(22YRS 24DAYS)
Largely used in midfield by Poch, but in recent times has filled in for Vertoghen during his injury. The 22 year old has excelled both in Midfield and at Centre back. He has a good passing range and nicks in with some goals as well. He's among the rare breed of English men who grew up outside in England, Portugal in his case at Sporting Lisbon.
NATHAN AKE(20YRS 355 DAYS)
For this position there were two choices and the Chelsea Loanee gets the nod over Manchester United's Borthwick-Jackson due to his relative more experience. Ake started the season brilliantly for Watford and was solid defensively and linked up with the attack as well
BAMIDELE ALLI(20YRS 303DAYS)
Houston we have a problem, This man could fit into anywhere in the midfield so where do we put him, well we choose to put him at the base of midfield where we can benefit from his attacking an defensive input. He outs in double double shifts. In just his first season as a full top flight player, he's scored 7 and laid on a further 6 goals. Who can forget his goal against the Eagles. Neymar stuff
RUBEN LOFTUS-CHEEK(20YRS 17DAYS)
The other holding player in our midfield pair will be Loftus-Cheek. At just 20 years of age, he stands at 6ft 3, he's very strong in the tackle and is not afraid of going forward as well. For player of his statute he also has pace and has also shown he can find the final pass too, like the one he gave Oscar for his second goal in the FA Cup. Largely used as a bit part player for Chelsea, the academy product is definitely set for big things and should no doubt go on to be a regular in the Chelsea line up.
RAHEEM STERLING(21YRS 62 DAYS)
Now going forward is where the problem lies. There are so many good and experience players that I didn't even know who to choose from. At just 21 years of age, he already has vast premiere league experience and is a full England international. Let's place him at the right side of midfield. Though largely used on the left where he can cut I , he has shown that he is also comfortable on the right and can make those crosses that opposition defenders and goalkeepers don't like but his strikers love.
The man behind the striker will be none other than the Everton man. At just 23, he already has loads of Premiere League experience under his belt and many more years to come. He has been in very good form this season is a player of the season candidate.
The most expensive teenager in the World deserves a place on the left. He started as a central striker but was later moved to the left to accommodate Wayne Rooney. The tricky forward is a nightmare to any fullback he comes up against and is a full France international who should take part in the Euros come June.

The Belgian striker is the second highest goal scorer in the league with 16 goals and at just 23 he still has years ahead of him to become even better and no doubt become one of the greats.
