4 Reasons I think Mourinho won't Succeed at United

He's coached the best, he's won everything, he was the special one, became the chosen one, came back to England as the happy one, he was the unemployed one, now he's the Red one but I feel he's the wrong one. He's all packed and on his way according media reports, so why do I feel his the wrong one? Here's Four reasons I think he'll not suit United.

1. No Team is Bigger than Mourinho's Ego: Mourinho is the kind of manager that won't adhere to any laid down tradition, he does as he pleases. United have a tradition of blooding youngsters and mixing them with already established stars, he doesn't set his team up for inexperienced players to perform, you have to be mentally tough and have the belief in the manager and he in you and he sadly doesn't have that belief in young players.

2. Tactics: Much like his much maligned predecessor, his rigid structure will impede the development of flair players because he wouldn't want them creating cracks in his formation, that could translate to less game time for fans favorites Martial, Lingard and Rashford or they'll simply curtail their excesses. Boring Boring Man Utd anybody?

3. His short term Nature; Don't get me wrong, he will win trophies at United, he will, he'll rip out the old tradition and bring in s new cut throat system to the club but that usually comes at a price. He sets his teams up for instant success without duly considering what happens next season, this is probably why he's been unemployed for so long.

4. Poor Pep Record: one of his biggest challenges will be to finally get the better of Pep Guardiola. The already appointed City manager often beat Mourinho during their time in Spain and now they're going to be on opposite sides at Manchester and he'll have to face his nemesis yet again.

Before we call it a day, I'd like to know what you think about this photo, why do you think Klopp is standing behind Mou with a camera in the photo below?
